- "IMPORTANT !!! Each time you make a purchase, you have to double check the “billing address”. The Pro customer service guy said that the West Marine site does not save billing addresses. The “my addresses” list is only shipping addresses. Customer also cannot go in and change or add any kind of “billing address”. He was able to do a one time fix by sending me a link to a repayment site that did ask for it and that should take care of everything but I guess I’m the only person in the world who just clicks “buy it” and assumes that all the information is auto-filled as it is on all my other sites"
