Our proximity to Auckland City is another highlight. Itโs a short ferry ride, to Auckland City from here.
Itโs a beautiful, Clean Marina, with no storm water outlet into the area.
The clear water attracts marine life like our own resident stingrays which are easily seen around the marina.
Dolphins are regular visitors and we have had Orca in the main channel recently.

Gulf Harbour Marina is New Zealandโs largest, fully-equipped marine facility with over 1050 berths and an 18,500m2
paved boatyard with machines capable of lifting vessels up to 100 tonnes.
The entire facility covers an area of over 318,000m2 on the beautiful Whangaparaoa peninsula.
SAFE APPROACH TO GULF HARBOUR MARINA:
Approach
It has a red and white sectored light FL WR 3S 5/3M (#1 on attached illustration).
Approaching vessels must stay within the white sector to be clear of Kotanui Island to the west and the end of the rock breakwater to the east.
Please contact the Marina to request a berth allocation.
This can be done by phone on 09 424 6200 or by calling on VHF CH 73 to speak to the Dockmaster on duty.
We have two nimble work boats and trained Dockmasters standing by to assist with berthing should it be required.
Simply ask at the time of booking or on arrival. Weโre always happy to help.
Please keep your speed low enough to avoid a wake or below 5Kts within the Marina.
