SAVE APPROACH

Marine charts and cruising guides give clear directions to get to Great Harbour Cay. Our Marina can be reached by passing either around the North end of Bimini or the South end (though the South end is a bit trickier). Both paths join long before the final approach to Great Harbour Cay Marina. If a marina is entered at Bimini, boats will clear Customs and Immigration there. But it is also an option to anchor out at Bimini or Mackie Shoals, or passage straight through, and clear Customs and Immigration on Great Harbour Cay.

It is important to note that the “cut” which must be passed through to enter the interior harbour and marina at Great Harbour Cay is nearly invisible until the final turn just outside.
