PANAMA POSSE VESSELS LOOKING FOR CREW

1) Please note that you are responsible for your CREW
2) You are also responsible for REPATRIATION and CLEARING FEES
3) We strongly recommend that you get a “flight home” deposit for each CREW – typical last minute tickets are 2000
4) Each CREW will have answered our initial questions but we do not know if these responses are truthful.
5) If anything goes wrong onboard, the buck stops with you. As captain, you are responsible for the total operation of the yacht including safety of crew, yacht and environment.
6) You are responsible for the conduct of the crew as well. And, of course, you are the navigator.
